Brilliant Club
Brilliant club is a 5 day programme spread over the course of a half term for the Academy’s Gifted and Talented students. It is run by external provision and aims to tell the story of the world through exploring a range of historical objects, maps and great works. Students have to write a 1750 word essay explaining which objects they consider the most significant.
Mr McCormick said “The students seem to have really enjoyed the process. 1750 words was daunting for many students but they rose to the challenge and excelled.”
