Principal's Breakfast

On the morning of Wednesday 17th May 2017, the top 12 Golden Ticket recipients for Spring 2 term were invited to the BBO to enjoy a breakfast with the Principal.

This breakfast gives students the opportunity to ask Mr Cannon questions about the Academy and suggest ways we could try to improve certain aspects of school life for the students. It was also an ideal opportunity for Mr Cannon to ask the students for their opinion on certain subjects, such as the Year 6 Fun Day next month. Many of the students in this term's breakfast were from Year 7, so having had their own Fun Day just under a year ago, they were the ideal students to ask.

Dr Knox, our recently appointed SENCO was also in attendance and was able to answer some of the students questions about his role and how they might benefit from the SEND provisions at the Academy.
