Cluster CPD Sessions
Each half-term, staff sign up to one of a range of CPD sessions led by staff across the academy (not just the Teaching and Learning Team) to make use of and share everyone’s expertise. We also use practitioners from across the Harris Federation and external to the federation too. The sessions run each half-term are a result of a staff consultation at the beginning of the academic year where individual CPD needs are submitted. Each of the sessions have clear ‘takeaways’ that staff can put into practice immediately. After trying these new strategies for half a term, staff are then asked to reflect and provide feedback on how their practice has improved as a result.
